Kelly helped us buy our fist house this September in Santa Clara. We are writing our review for Kelly at a time point where we've actually fumigated, moved in, and LIVED in that new place for about 1 month so far. We really like this place and think it is still the best fit for us among all the places we've looked at. My husband and I graduated from grad school in 2019 and 2020 and even after grad school we kept that typical "poor" grad student lifestyle for a long time. Until the mid of 2021, we started to think of a house but we were actually quite unsure wether or not we could ever possibly get something in this crazy bay area market or not. That's the time we met Kelly. She fully understands our concerns and needs and were patient enough to work out a way that turns out to be very efficient for us. So, I and my husband were both full time employees and we don't have much free time. What turned out worked for us was that we would look at the list of houses available online, and if possible we will go to those open houses. Once we thought something looks good, we will let Kelly know. Kelly, within usually 24 hours, sometimes faster, will then get us the disclosure package, as well as all the information she gathered from both public records and her chatting with the listing agent, followed by her critical but crucial comments about that place. If that place is worth further investigation, we will go together and take a closer look. If it really is a good fit, then we get into the offering stage. At this point, Kelly is really good to give a super close estimate of a potential offer range that surprisingly always matches. She won't encourage the highest bid on the first round, but she makes sure that the offer for a house we really liked, at least get into the second round for a counter offer, which is the most important thing. What's more, for the actual offer we succeeded, she's really strategic in persuading the listing party to choose "what is the more secure and faster way for their interest" and instead of a multiple counter offer, let us be able to take a single counter offer.
I'd also recommend Julie the loan agent that worked with Kelly for a long time. As a foreigner I was under F1-OPT visa which was tricky for a lot of banks and loans. Julie was super careful in organizing the files and made sure that nothing get missing and then everything went smoothly. After our offer got accepted, Julie, Kelly and ppl in Kelly's office made the whole transaction process really smooth.

I had to relocate for a new job and was under time pressure to sell my house as quickly as possible at a fair price. I interview three realtors and Kelly struck me as the most stable and honest of the bunch (I am pretty high-strung so I needed a calming influence). Kelly patiently walked me through what we needed to do to make the house more attractive and came up with a plan and a pricing strategy to sell the house as quickly and at the price I wanted. Kelly did a great job at selling my home quickly and for a good price. She also helped me buy a new home and was good at relaying information to me when I had found listings I liked. I did look at a lot of homes and sometimes got discouraged at the process but she persisted with me. Kelly thought outside of the box. She sold my mother's house for me, which was kind of a mess. I was working with Kelly Clarke, and she was very responsive. Most of the time, she responded to my inquiries in a few hours at the most.
She made sure, even after escrow closed, to stay in contact with us. We were renting the house back to the sellers, and she made sure things were on track with that. I never got a feeling that she thought her job was done after escrow closed, and I hope to be in touch in the future. She was great.
I really liked that, once we signed the contract, she gave us a calendar of escrow items to close. It was great, because we could target specific dates and plan out the things we needed to do.

Kelly has all the customer service skills, and Judy is extremely detail oriented. They were extremely good at handling all the paperwork involved in real estate transactions, and they constantly listened to what we needed.
